Ladies and gentlemen, the NASCAR Truck Series now heads to Talladega Superspeedway for the Chevy Silverado 250. After getting his first win a few weeks ago at Bristol, Ty Majeski is locked into compete for the 2022 Truck Series Championship. With two races to go before the championship finale in Phoenix, expect the unexpected at DEGA.
From the drop of the green flag, I anticipate the action to be intense from the start. The last wildcat-type event for the Truck Series is bound to be thrilling to the very end. Enjoy the race, and let’s cash these Trucks Best Bets!
NASCAR Trucks Best Bets: Chevy Silverado 250 from Talladega
#18 Chandler Smith -115 over #38 Zane Smith -115 (DraftKings Sportsbook)
In two career Talladega starts, Chandler has one top five, one top ten and an average finish of 11th. At a SuperSpeedway, you can essentially throw out statistics because of the unknown. Chandler is 2-0 over Zane at Dega, and in those races, Zane found himself involved in an accident resulting in finishes in the low 30’s.
#17 Ryan Preece +100 vs. John Hunter Nemechek (DraftKings Sportsbook)
At a place like Talladega, you gotta grab a guy like Preece at plus money. Although Preece has no Truck Series Talladega appearances, he does have a significant track record on plate tracks in the Cup Series. I was impressed to see he has one top-5 and two top-10 finishes in six races. I realize this is a different series, however, it helps to validate his side when looking at this H2H matchup. At +100, I’ll grab that number heading into Saturday.

NASCAR DFS Truck Picks For DraftKings: Chevy Silverado 250 from Talladega
#02 Kaz Grala – ($7.1K)
If want to talk about a #MOONSHOT this Saturday it’s Kaz Grala. I know I wasn’t going to be able to grab him in a H2H but man do I like his value in DFS. I think he’ll be a name you see late on Saturday, and as a result, I don’t want to miss out.
#25 Matt DiBenedetto – ($7.9K)
I couldn’t find a finishing position I liked enough with Matt D at DEGA, but I will add him to any DFS lineup I construct this week. We’ve seen it before in various series where he knows how to find his way to the front when it matters most. I’ll gladly take $7.9k
