We’ve finally made it to the Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway, and the energy is at an all-time high for NASCAR DFS! I’m writing this inside the infield of the track during the Xfinity race and if you were smart, you took the time to read about it with Cody Zeeb’s NASCAR Xfinity Bets and DFS Picks article (don’t overlook it next time if you missed it).
Cup qualifying started on Friday evening, and to my surprise, Aric Almirola unleashed the fury of the TB12 method and got the pole for himself and SHR. Pole bets worked out for us last week, but if anyone should have seen it coming it was me due to my wizardry from adding him to a single entry lineup on Wednesday night.
That’s right, I saw the future and ignored it, and for that I’m sorry. The good news is that no one will be playing him in DFS now (except if you wanna roll the dice in a single entry with me).
The hope for big bucks this weekend is in DFS, and I truly feel that. So many good drivers have place differential potential and I’m going in hard on the lineups.

NASCAR DFS LINEUP PICKS FOR BRISTOL MOTOR SPEEDWAY: BASS PRO SHOPS NIGHT RACE
#9 Chase Elliott – $11.2K
Elliott didn’t really show much speed in practice and qualifying, but I’m not concerned. The track should be way faster after Xfinity lays more rubber down on Friday night, and that means these big dogs towards the rear will fly. Plus that owl is on the car and Bristol is where Hooters fly high.
#4 Kevin Harvick – $8.5K
Harvick is starting P7 on Saturday night, and with him being in “do or die” mode I want all the Harvick I can get. He knows this track and understands it so well. He’s not going down without a fight and we saw how fast SHR was. Roll with the old dog here.
#17 Chris Buescher – $6.6K
I already locked in the Top 10 over on Action Network, and if there’s anyone I want to roll with in the low salary category, it’s Chris Buescher! RFK looks decent but for some reason, Buescher just clicks with Bristol and we need at least two deep bois to propel us to victory.
#22 Joey Logano – $9.5K
Logano had some great lap averages but his qualifying effort fell through. He’ll be starting in P15 on Saturday night and He’s been the short track legend in 2022. I don’t know if he’s going to make the win happen, but I’m here for a Top 5.
