Ladies and gentlemen, the NASCAR Truck Series now heads to Richmond Raceway for the Worldwide Express 250. It’s short track season, and after a thrilling race at IRP two weeks ago, the action is bound to pick up Saturday Night. It’s time to get the NASCAR Truck Best Bets on deck!
As the series takes to the short track in Richmond, here are a few key takeaways heading into race weekend. Goodyear is bringing a similar tire to the track this weekend for the NASCAR Truck Series. Each tire code has been run numerous times including two weeks ago at IRP. The major tool to apply this weekend is understanding tire fall-off and pit strategy.
With each team getting 5 sets of tires, the team that can best protect their use of fresh tires until late in the race will be pivotal. The lap breakdown for the stages on Saturday are as follows: 70/70/110. The “Action Track” is sure to impress on Saturday Night, and there will be plenty of opportunity for *LIVE* betting as a result.
NASCAR Truck Best Bets: Worldwide Express 250 At Richmond
#45 Carson Hocevar -110 vs. #51 Corey Heim -120 (DraftKings Sportsbook)
I’m on a pair of H2H’s this week, and both are against the same driver. Though you cannot parlay these together, both plays serve value this weekend in Richmond. For Hocevar, we’ve seen how talented he is this season, and Saturday night won’t be any different. The edge I give him in this matchups is due to the lack of high tire wear races we’ve seen from Heim. I know he’s a talented driver, but on this night, I’ll gladly take the -110 price on Hocevar to defeat him straight up.
#66 Ty Majeski +100 vs. #51 Corey Heim -130 (DraftKings Sportsbook)
Majeski is one of those guys that is consistent each and every time he’s gotten into a truck this year. Over the past six races, he’s only finished outside T10 once. After an 8th place finish at IRP, Majeski has solidified himself as a Championship contender. Similar to a reason why I’m fading Heim in my H2H write up above, I give the edge to Majeski who has experience in Xfinity and Trucks and because he’s getting the most out of his finishes. Give me the plus money (+100) value on him in this matchup.

NASCAR DFS Truck Picks For DraftKings: Worldwide Express 250 At Richmond
#23 Grant Enfinger – ($9.3K)
Fresh off his win at IRP, Enfinger returns to a track where he’s found success. Add the momentum of his win at IRP to the equation, and I think his strong performance continues. At $9.3k, I love the value I’m getting here. He’s sitting at a price point where you can build multiple quality lineups around him. If he’s able to qualify well, look for the #23 team to be a top DFS play Saturday night.
#52 Stewart Friesen – ($9.0K)
As I look to build around Enfinger, I added Friesen at a similar price point. It is certainly a heavily weighted lineup towards the top, but Friesen and the #52 team are stout at tracks similar to Richmond. If you’re unable to work him into your betting card this Saturday, make sure you add him to your DFS lineup. These types of races aren’t easy by any means. However, with his talents and team strengths, give me Friesen at $9k ALL DAY!
