I’m back at one of the most insane places on planet earth (Michigan International Speedway), and this time i get to watch cars go around the track for the Firekeepers Casino 400. Last week our picks weren’t so hot in NASCAR DFS on DraftKings, but things should be a bit more predictable this weekend (fingers crossed). I can already tell that it’s going to be a wild weekend with the amount of hooligans running around committing shenanigans, and I’m really here for it.
I’m going to go ahead and address the elephant in the room here, and it’s that Kyle Larson is fucking good. He just won another sprint car race in Indy on Thursday, and now he’s starting P1 on Sunday. This will result in a Larson Dub in a perfect world, but theres still the risks (but lets not discuss them because we want Big Kyle Energy for our lineups) we have to watch for on raceday.
The Indy road course made shit weird price wise this week also, so be sure to watch the show, and hear me talk about the drivers I like for lineups, and some other random shit. If you’re going to be in Michigan this weekend, holla at cha boy on twitter (@GarageGuyChase) so we can link up by the amazing SHITI Race Bus parked here in the infield.

#5 Kyle Larson – (DK – $11.5K | FD – $14.5K)
The energy seems to be back after the olympic break for Larson, except for the insanity of last week. If you look over his starts at Michigan you’ll see he’s no stranger to the track. He starts P1 on Sunday and he’s the obvious favorite.
#22 Joey Logano – (DK – $9.6K | FD – $10.5K)
Logano hasn’t secured a win on asphalt yet this season, and I think he might be a front runner on Sunday. I cant see him not taking advantage of a track he’s preformed well at over the years. If my gut is pointing me in the right direction, I wouldn’t be surprised if the entire Team Penske did well this weekend, but with only three 2 Mile Track races outside of the Top 10 in over five years, I like Joseph.
#3 Austin Dillon – (DK – $8K | FD – $7.5K)
Richard’s Grand Youngin (AKA Austin Dillon) is set to roll off P26 on Sunday, and I want a piece of that place differential action. Dillon has been quietly better this year, posting a Top 15 in 19 races in 2021. If Dillon can carve out a Top 12 on Sunday, I’ll be happy.
#99 Daniel Suarez – (DK – $7.8K | FD – $6K)
I’ve got 99 problems but playing Suarez starting in P30 ain’t one (I fucking promise). Last time I went all in on Big Daddy Daniel, I cashed in, and I’m gonna gut boi it again on him. Suarez has shown his strength at this track in the past with better teams, and I see him zooming into the Top 20 for Mr. Worldwide on Sunday.
