Coming to you live from the Faster Horses Festival at Michigan International Speedway, I’m Dale Tanhardt, and I just crafted my NASCAR DFS picks for the Xfinity Series “Ambetter Get Vaccinated 200” at New Hampshire as I was surrounded by an incredible amount of drunken Michigan degenerates.
Probably all unvaccinated drunken Michigan degenerates.
Where I’m at right now is what NASCAR needs so, so badly. After attending the retirement home facility that is the Atlanta Motor Speedway campground, this place has got it goin’ on with so much youth and exuberance. It’s very reminiscent of how Talladega and the Indy 500 are.
But that’s beside the point. I’m here to give the optimal plays for the race on Saturday.
If this article makes it to the website, it’s a Goddamn miracle. Internet is 1997 quality out here.
Let’s get right into it.
NASCAR DFS Xfinity Picks For DraftKings
Christopher Bell: #54 JGR Toyota – $11,500
Bell is so good at New Hampshire. The Xfinity tour did not come here in 2020, so the last two races here were won by ole C. Bell.
This dude was so incredibly dominant just about everywhere in an Xfinity car, and the car he’s piloting this weekend is the rocket ship of the series. I honestly think Bell is underpriced.
I’m sure DK is considering the “rust” factor, but it means nothing to me. The guy races constantly in multiple forms of racing and different types of race cars.
He’s gonna be hard to beat on Saturday. Book it.
JJ Yeley: #17 Rick Ware Racing Chevrolet – $8,400
Yeley has been stout in this ride all season. He’s averaging a phenomenal 40.2 PPR in 6 races this year.
The #17 frankly has had speed all year, regardless of who’s driving it. But Yeley certainly has been the best candidate in performance.
CJ McLaughlin: #61 Hattori Racing Toyota – $6,300
I’m going with a new face this weekend. There’s a common trend in my articles where I really like the #61 every other week.
The #61 has some horses and has experienced only one DNF this year due to a mechanical failure. In 12 of 15 races this season, the #61 has finished inside the Top 30.
CJ starts 39th on Saturday and finished 28th here in 2019 racing for Ryan Sieg Racing. With a limited floor and potential high upside, I think CJ has the potential to be a strong punt play for Saturday.
Josh Berry: #1 JR Motorsports Chevrolet – $10,400
I’m big on Allgaier as well this weekend, but cannot ignore Berry as he gets another shot in one of JR’s cars. He fills in for Michael Annett this weekend and is poised for a strong run.
He starts 21st, and this track fits perfectly in his wheelhouse. Berry will be a top play for me on Saturday.
