Drydene 200: NASCAR DFS Xfinity Series Picks for DraftKings

Back again, Garage Fam. We’re on the way to the Drydene 200 at the Monster Mile in Dover, Delaware. We had an UNBELIEVABLE weekend at Darlington. Hopefully, my NASCAR DFS picks for this weekend’s race can back up the collective success achieved by the Garage Guys crew last weekend.

Chef knocked it out of the park on DFS, I knocked it out of the park on straight bets, and Chase…

He drove the RV.

And a lot more, actually. Chase slander is not allowed unless it’s me dishing it.

In all seriousness, our excellent deal we have with Inside Tailgating providing us the ability to go on this tour would not be possible without the unreal hard work by Chase.

Okay. Don’t let me get soft here. It’s time to keep being a bad mother fucker and winning and giving the people what they want.

I watched Justin Allgaier creep up and steal the win away from my boys Gragson and Hemric (again). If I had me more Allgaier, my DFS picks would’ve been insane actually. Ty Gibbs self-inflicting penalties upon his team hurt, but my DFS advice last week was stout.

I need that to happen more often. Don’t let me get hot. Picks are getting more solid.

Not as solid as Chef’s, though. I’d kill for a quick 10-15K bag on DFS. It’ll happen in Trucks and Cup- I’m not worried about that.

Xfinity is the challenge that will not back down to the best in the universe. The pressure is on, but I feel massive bags coming this weekend at Dover.

Let’s get right into it.

NASCAR DFS Xfinity Picks For DraftKings

Austin Cindric: #22 Penske Racing Ford – $11,000

This one is a no-brainer for me. Cindric was swept up in a last lap crash last weekend, and he overall had a very disappointing day compared to his typical standards.

The defending champion and two-time winner this season is poised for a major bounce-back at a track that he enjoys consistent success at.

Three straight Top 3’s and a Top 10 at every single Dover appearance have Cindric as a top play for Saturday and an obvious contender to lead laps and contend for the win.

I still hate this guy’s guts. But I love him this weekend. Book it.

JJ Yeley: #23 Our Motorsports Chevrolet – $8,100

Yeley is averaging 41.5 FPTS this season, and he faces an opportunity where he is driving in what should be better equipment than what he’s driven all season.

Yeley starts P31, and I believe will boast very high ownership levels on Saturday. I expect Yeley to benefit greatly from place-differential and be a solid bet to run in the Top 15.

Brandon Brown: #68 Brandonbilt Motorsports Chevrolet – $6,900

Brandon Brown SCREAMS sleeper this weekend. This one feels like a solid gut play, but also is a track Brown has run well at in the past.

I think Brown will be heavily slept on, but with a starting position of P19, I think he is a very formidable bet for a Top 10 finish. At his price, he could be a major difference maker in your lineup if he can fulfill my prophecy.

Brown has had some great finishes this season. Though the consistency is streaky, this feels like a weekend where Brown bounces back from a tough day at Darlington. I expect a Top 10 finish.

Daniel Hemric: #18 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota – $9,400

Hemric has had excellent speed all season long. I think he should have won at Darlington last week with how good his car was. If he can put an entire race together, than he will be very hard to beat on Saturday.

I think Hemric gets his first career win this weekend. He starts from the pole, and I think he takes off and leads a lot of laps en route to a victory.

The talent and speed are there. At this point, it’s just a matter of race-long execution to get this guy into victory lane. Also, his last four Dover finishes are 5th, 3rd, 7th and 4th. Keep an eye out.

John Hunter Nemechek: #26 Sam Hunt Racing Toyota – $10,100

I think a lot of people will shy away from Nemechek this weekend because of the concerns with his car. Well, several subject drivers have piloted this car this year, and it clearly shows Top 15 speed week to week.

Once you add a proven winner and experienced driver to the ride, I think he can easily contend for a Top 5 finish. Nemechek’s talent and aggressive driving style is worth the gamble this weekend as the potential value in this pick is sky-high.

Nemechek ran Top 10 in both Dover races during his full-time Xfinity campaign in 2019, and I believe he will match that- and possibly more- come Saturday afternoon.
