Welcome to the most amazing race on the 2021 NASCAR schedule (all because of its name), the Buschy McBusch Race 400 at Kansas Speedway. As we prepare for this race I have to note that our NASCAR DFS picks have been fucking up the game on DraftKings and FanDuel according to the good folks at DailyOverlay.com, and I’m ready to move us into that Top 3 territory this weekend. On top of that, we have some BIG ASS NEWS coming to you early in the week so stay tuned!
Kansas Speedway hasn’t been terrible to me in the past few years, and with the fact that it legit has a casino by it should be good news and energy for us all (Big Gamblin Track). The 1.5 Mile Intermediate track will create big separation as the race moves forward, and is very similar to Las Vegas Motor Speedway. If you remember that race earlier this season, you might have a good idea of who we want to look at for our DFS lineups.
It’s no surprise that some of the best drivers at this track are currently riding for Joe Gibbs Racing and Hendrick Motorsports, but it’s important to take the latest data into consideration. Hendrick has been a gosh damn force of nature at the intermediate tracks this season with new driver Kyle Larson showing strong results early on. With that bit of insight to wet your whistle, I think you know where we’re starting with DFS picks.

Buschy McBusch Race 400 At Kansas Speedway: DraftKings, FanDuel NASCAR DFS Lineup Picks
#5 Kyle Larson – (DK – $11.3K | FD – $13.5K)
Are you surprised that Larson is my first pick for DFS this week? If so, you are probably new here, and that means it’s time to sit down and take a note. Larson has finished two out of the past four races at this track in the Top 5 and starts P32 on Sunday ( Starting P32 in that Terry Rocket sounds almost as good as morning sex).
#9 Chase Elliott – (DK – $10.4K | FD – $11.5K)
Chase Elliott (AKA Bills Boy) returns after a long hiatus from my article, and this is the week he shakes off the championship hangover. Elliott starts P17 on Sunday, and if the car is set up like it was in Vegas before the jackman trashed it, you can book him for a win. Elliott only has three finishes outside of the Top 5 at this track since 2017.
#47 Ricky Stenhouse Jr. – (DK – $8.2K | FD – $6.8K)
Stenhouse has been somewhat of a Fav this season, and it’s for good reason with his improved consistency at these types of race tracks. Ricky will be starting P23 on Sunday, giving him plenty of opportunity for positive place differential. He may not get a win on Sunday, but he should definitely be in a good bit of lineup combos with his INSANELY cheap price on FanDuel.
#33 Austin Cindric – (DK – $6.7K | FD – $6.2K)
Everyone I know says Austin Cindric and Joey Logano are basically the same guy, and this week, I’m going to test that theory, while simultaneously making Dale Tanhardt cringe when inserting him into DFS lineups (hahahahahahahaha). Cindric has ran like TRASH at this track in Xfinity, but Team Penske has been doing all they can to get him ready to take over the 21 at Wood Brothers next season. Starting in P38, I’m willing to give him a shot as my punt play in equipment that should outperform most of his surrounding competition at the start.
